Gulf Coast Consortium for Aging and Geronscience

The Aging and Geroscience Consortium brings together premier aging-focused institutions across Southeast Texas to foster collaborative research, education, and clinical innovation aimed at improving health outcomes for older adults.  Formed through longstanding partnerships among regional leaders in geroscience, the consortium capitalizes on the complementary strengths of its member centers to drive advances in the biology of aging, age-related diseases, and geriatrics.  Key institutional members include: The Sealy Center on Aging at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), The UTHealth Houston Institute on Aging, and The Huffington Center on Aging at Baylor College of Medicine.
