This interactive workshop will convey a basic understanding of the role of machine learning in the drug discovery pipeline. We will cover machine learning methods and best practices that can be flexibly used to address a wide array of drug discovery and biomedical applications. We will additionally cover the computational resources, including physical infrastructure and software, that can enable drug discovery researchers with limited coding expertise to implement machine learning analysis. This workshop will conclude with live demonstrations and discussion between computational drug discovery experts and the audience. We encourage attendees to bring a laptop and follow along.
